REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
The masterclass is to be provided by ClamWIn Pty Ltd (ACN 115 848 925), trading as Night Sky Master(“Night Sky Master”).
Masterclass registration or booking fees must be paid in full by the invoice due date to confirm your place in the masterclass. Once payment has been received, you will be sent email confirmation of receipt of your payment.
MASTERCLASSS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Full refunds of all monies paid will be made if a masterclass is cancelled by us, or if the masterclass is re-scheduled by us and you are unable to attend on the new date.
Cancellation by participants must be made in writing. If you cancel your paid booking prior to seven (7) days before the masterclass date, the masterclass fee will be refunded less any booking fees (eg. Trybooking booking fee).
No refund is available if you cancel within seven (7) days of the masterclass date.
Deposits paid to secure bookings at masterclasses, events and tours are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
Night Sky Master is not responsible for any other costs which masterclass participants may incur including but not limited to travel, car rental, insurance, photographic purchases and/or rentals.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
If you have booked and paid for a masterclass and are unable to attend on the masterclass date, and if another similar masterclass is offered at the time of transfer, you can choose to transfer your booking to the next masterclass. If the subsequent masterclass is cancelled by Night Sky Master, you will receive a refund less 25% of the masterclass fee.
Please note that bookings cannot be transferred within seven (7) days of the masterclass date.
CHANGES TO MASTERCLASS SCHEDULE
All masterclass schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion depending upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related or unrelated to photographic opportunities as we see fit.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Night Sky Master accept no liability for death, illness or injury or loss or damage to photo equipment or personal belongings during the course of the masterclass or in transit thereto.
We can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the masterclass. In the event that we deem it necessary to cancel the masterclass we will provide a full refund, which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement. In the event of a masterclass cancellation by Night Sky Master, liability of Night Sky Master to participants shall be limited to the total value of the masterclass. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
By joining any masterclasss offered by Night Sky Master, participants acknowledge that they are aware of risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in the masterclass. Further, participants release Night Sky Master, its employees, contractors or agents from any liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the masterclass and their attendance at the masterclass. To the extent permitted by law Night Sky Master, it employees, contractors and agents liability will be limited to the cost of resupplying the services. In no event will masterclass be liable for any economic, consequential or indirect loss or damage.
YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS CONTRACT
In reserving a place on the masterclass by paying the masterclass fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by the booking conditions.
